Athrav's morals are not wrong, but he can't digest a difference in opinion. As soon he faces a difference, he becomes wild.
His hatred towards Ramu and his wish to make her move on was not wrong, but the way he chose to make her move on like shouting, insulting, scolding was.
Because of his behaviour Sujata used to feel fear rather than protection.
Same goes with Vivi.
P.s:- ur post is awesome⭐️
Exactly...he preached lots of good things...but when it came to actually doing it...he forgot...
i am shocked at myself that i didnt notice it all those times during phase 1, cause I took it for granted...he was one of the leads, so it was kind off chalta hai attitude i had...
but yesterday when Ravish actually did all that, i had a talk with some lovely members here, and i realized, that yes its right, Atharva preached so many things, but what were his actions.
First thing that came to my mind was him shouting at Sujata, for what ? For just a pooja she wanted to do for her love / husband. I mean a guy talks about empowering women, letting them take their own decision for their lives. And he couldnt even digest his mother doing a mere pooja. Arguing / debating with her was still ok, but sometime he created a ruckus and would leave angrily, making his mother feel guilty.
So much guilt-ridden she was and the fear she had about his reaction, that she had to resort to meet her love secretly, didnt even have a right to invite him to her house...why...cause atharva won't like it...
that was such sad thing of phase 1, that i now realized.
Same way I didnt like the way he woo'ed Vivi. Some call it getting her feelings out...i call it BS... she, a mature girl, is telling him that she doesnt reciprocate his feelings and he kept telling her no she does, only she hasnt realized it yet...wish someone would've shown him movie 'Pink'. Maybe he wouldve realized that the word 'NO' means 'NO' and it can be any girl saying it, but no guy has the moral right to refute it.
But anyways, vivi fell for him later, so i dont hold it against him, as much i hold his cheap words used last week. I was appalled that he thought his girl would enjoy a physical relationship with someone while staying with him in the same house. He didnt even once think that ok, if she has moved on, its her decision and she has a right to decide it, so what if it hurts me...
This is exactly what Ravish thought, ' That she never loved me, and never wanted to move on with me, and she has taken that decision and i have to respect it, so let me set her free'
All tamjham of removing the MS, Sindoor and bangles were only cause Su-Su wanted, else he wouldnt have minded if she had left with everything on. After all as he said, its her decision. And he was just fulfilling his promise to her.
Gosh I am writing so much on this topic...someone please stop me 😆
