Silence is collusion too.

The one time in over 250 episodes when he shouldn't have been silent, he was.

As if this damage can ever be undone.

Atharv wasn't better. He should have done something. He should have acted, asked her if this is how she wants to end things, yet he let his anger and insecurity cloud his judgement. That's his fatal flaw as a character. & I'm intrigued to see exactly how he undoes this.

I won't even talk about the humiliation because it just appalled me. It really reinforced to me that alongside everyone else, her Pati Parmeshwar also represents society and conformity. He was supposed to be depicted as this great and sacrificial character today however it skipped over my head and just exposed him as being regressive and backwards.

It seems that Vivi is dejected, she has been left alone. I imagine from her point of view now, there is little hope. She has got Atharv back but even he was accusing her. There is little left of her, she has become a walking talking body, with all the life sucked out of her by the evils of others.

I can't wait to see how the re-establishment of ViTharvs relationship is portrayed. I do hope they'll do justice to it because they have always been very careful with their love story. it will be interesting to see how Atharv picks up on her lack of self confidence now and helps her to restore it like he did in the past.

I can't say much except I really love what you wrote. Sadly my like button isn't working but I completely agree with every word!

I have no words and I haven't even watched the episode. A brilliant post though. Vividha is now more a walking corpse than she ever was. ViTharv have to help each other in re-discovering themselves and each other. About Atharv standing mute.. he never supported such stuff? Then WHY? No woman deserves this humiliation. 😭

Exactly, Atharv's silence cannot be justified at all.

👏 to every single word you have written here!

I feel like today i can go on and on about how humiliated i feel as a woman - What happened to Vividha today is not only wrong for her, but it's wrong on a human level all together.

She has been treated like a Kathputli in the past 3 or so months - what were the chances they were going to treat her like a human being now. So much for women empowerment!

At the end of they day all they did is Glorify a man!

And to your point - Atharv NEEDS to trust her now more than he ever has. they need each other more at this point. They are standing at such a cross road of their relationship that it can easily create more distance if Atharv does not see past his fears and reaches out to her!

Disgusting is what the whole scenario that played today was 😡 ... Vividha was stripped off her dignity with no choice while everybody just watched ... A kind of total public humiliation ... I won't talk about ravish because the pride on his face when he did it made me feel sick ... More than anything what disgusted me was Atharv ... He just stood there while the girl who loved him like mad , got so humiliated in front of everybody ... For having comitted the crime of loving him ... Today Atharv felt no different to me than anybody else in that room ... The love story felt so one sided today .. Sia this was a wonderful post

This is the problem with serials in general. They make mockery out of women. And these serials are mostly watched by women. The women sympathize more with the man than the woman, because the man is handsome or whatever.
That's why TRPs are high for these kind of shows.
Personally I don't like any of the shows right now that have the hight TRP numbers

...

so for the last 2 pre-caps we knew what was gonna happen today, but why was no one was complaining then?

and if you're talking about public humiliation, how can you think this was worse than that ulte phere bullshit? That was literally celebrating a divorce, and rubbing salt in wounds more than anything in front of the entire family as well.

Ravish fulfilled the promise he made to Vividha all that time ago, so why are you even pissed off at him? or is this a case of you deep down not wanting him to have fulfilled it so he looked negative or you wanted Atharv do something about it instead? I don't get it.
