To be honest more than the kiss, I connected with Shivaay's reaction to all the drama more. May be because I had seen it a million times already!
First of all Shivaay is a better written character than anyone else. He retains his introvertness, his anger & his control no matter what. lol ... yes that is one constant about him that never changes - EVER. Except with Annika. She is the only one he can be himself with, no pretenses or cover ups. All masks and shams are shed
And ofcourse NM does a great job at portraying it.
I have said this in Anz's post too. Yesterday was a paradox of Shivaay's reaction to people accusing Anika about something. In the pepper spray incidence, Tia had no proof & yet he put Anika through hell( pool) for just a sorry. And here Tia have given him every proof possible yet he insists on trusting Anika in this case. We have to agree SSO never forgets the lessons he learns.
True that. Once you have earned his loyalty and protection then he will do anything to keep 'his own' safe.
Also, he is aware that Mrs. Kapoor is pressuring him and blackmailing him to expedite the divorce with Annika and throw her out of his life and OM, he is aware that the child is not his - even though it has been proven otherwise and that it is in Tia's interest to separate him and Annika.
So with all these facts and the very important scene where he silently witnessed Annika saving Tia put together he knows that this could very well be another ploy of Tia.
I do not see him even acknowledging Tia's presence anymore, forget about talking to her. Her only ally in the OM is Pinky. I think he might have unconsciously started wondering if all the attacks on Annika are being done by Mrs. Kapoor that is why he is keeping her at OM at any cost possible.

The second think I like is as you said the way he controlled his anger. He knows where his mother is coming from. I feel he probably senses her insecurities. And that's why he acted as peacefully as he could.
Yes. He has doubts that Tia is probably behind all this but unfortunately cannot do anything about it right now. Besides, he cannot be disrespectful towards his mother - that would be totally wrong.

Ofcouse he must be tired of all the drama happening around him. I feel he will make Sahil apologize more just to make his mother feel that he is not being biased towards Anika & not giving more fuel to her insecurities.
... and I feel he may have a private talk with Sahil asking him to do it as a favor to him just to keep the peace in the house. I cannot see Sahil refusing to help Shivvay out if he is asking it as a favour to him. Sahil is a very mature boy.

He is acting more like a husband then she acting like a wife.
Yes he is and that is because she is slowly backing off from the "mera pati", "Mera haq" chant, whereas he is picking up from where she has left off now. It won't be long before he actually says that to her and his Family, that till the divorce comes through Annika is my wife.

Because somewhere she knows that she is a misfit in his world but for him she has always been someone who he can be Shivaay with. And of now she will be more cautious bcoz of her feelings. I agree to it. It is better she keeps them to herself.
Yes I want her to back off emotionally and physically as well. Shivvay hates when she becomes unreachable and detached. It drives him crazy that he is not the center of her universe and that her world does not revolve around him ... lol , most husbands do 😆 So he will try everything possible to tie her down while she will do all possible to stay free. That will be fun to watch.

Now coming to Tia. Nothing shows how reckless she is with the child than she drinking! She is a fool to even be in this scene & drag Anika into it. She can happily have the baby as Robin's last memory. She digs a grave for Anika & herself keeps falling into it! Instead of pulling ShiVika apart, she is strengthning his belief that someone is conspiring against Anika & degrading her own image in his eyes.
His disgust at her even touching him was apparent the day she was trying to console him and take him on a lunch date. Then the day she wanted to make the doctors appointment he crossed his arms and refused to commit to going with her - that was his body language saying you cannot pressure and force me for everything. Tia is grating on his nerves, you can see that already. If he finds out that she is behind the attacks on Annika's life he is going to officially flip and become the dark SSO, he is capable of becoming, with her. God save that girl if that ever happens.
He was obsessed and crazy about Annika and he put her through hell, he does not even like Tia at this point, I don't know what he would do.
