In previous episode they showed that vivaan got bail
But CV'S Must have known that attempt to rape ( charged on Vivian) os such a big case that one get bail very difficulty and here they showed that he got bail next day only with help of a lawyer despite the inspector was saying that they had very strong evidence against him.
And for bail also there is need of atleast five guarantee r required and there were only imli
And I am saying this coz my father is police inspector and he also watched the episode and started laughing and said this is wrong
So are they thinking audience r fool.

Law works as per the makers convenience in TV shows. People who only slapped someone would be in prison for ages & people with a looong list of crimes would have a one night stay in Hotel of Criminals also known as prison & be out the next day. 😆

Agreed.

The Indian tv shows have indeed dramatised almost all systems- police investigations, court proceedings, political affairs(esp elections), medical treatments, divorce, adoption & inheritance proceedings n what not !!

Sad that a raging issue like rape has been trivialised in this way...

These dramas on one hand do not contribute an iota towards educating masses about their legal rights, on the other they do keep on sustaining stereotypes n prejudices. We have no dearth of homo sapiens putting blames on women for anything bad that happens to them.

Hope wisdom prevails some fine day n Indian soaps change for the better... for betterment of society

I was thinking exactly the same thinking. Cause a criminal offense is either bail-able as per the CV's convenience. Creative liberties I suppose lol

What do you expect? If they can diagnose pregnancy by checking the radial pulse they can get bail easily after a attempt rape case...I don't understand why the cv don't do their research. One thing I hate the most is the snake bite scenes; they always send the hero carrying the heroine into a darga instead of sending them to the hospital for antivenom injection Arghhh!
