Kareena as of now is the comedic relief of the show, but it seems like she will be next villain especially with Nishan whoever that it.
My theories regarding her is-
1) she is either another jasoos planted by boss, but Kritika's saas is unaware of that.
2) she is helping Kritika's saas.
3) The most ridiculous one, is she Aleena?, I mean Payal did tell Aleena to get plastic surgery and come back in Satya's life ( I hope this is not, I would rather have Kareena be her own villan then take Aleena's character.
The boss I hope is not Payal, it won't be nice to have her keep getting out of jail and finding other people to do her dirty work, the boss can be related to Payal but not her.
