No way... no wonder they're reusing that story-line. lol. Is he producing it as well? So I guess the blame/credit of the lack of promotions goes to Zee TV? Why am I not surprised π€

Is the show good? The "parent trap" story arc is not new and has been done in several mediums. It is a classic arc that is very entertaining to watch. The idea of two people who supposedly "belong together" due to unforeseen circumstances parting ways, and then having a kid- the ultimate symbolic representation of a supposed "made for each other couple" bringing them together is one a lot of us will never get tired of despite it being overdone π I am one of those people who is a sucker for such story lines, especially when done right. It was this story line in YVR that brought me the best part of YVR and that was our KarShi They were a beautiful father/daughter pair, enacted so realistically by Ankush Arora and Handanana Kaur β€οΈ This story line also brought out the characteristics in Survi I admired the most, and it helped Sonal showcase her acting abilities π KarVi, KarShi and KarViShi truly made this arc unforgettable, and made up for a lack of KarVi in the beginning tooππΌ

It is good. Best of all, the show is promoted well, and there isn't much evil scheming. I know we all wanted to see more of KarVi (played by SonKush) where they really unpacked the different emotional layers of their relationship rather than have Tai get in the way with over dramatic murder scares. Since YVR has ended and KarVi is no more you should check the show out. They are taking a 7 year leap just like YVR and have a daughter just like them too π All the episodes are also available on SonyTV's official YouTube page. Since MP is one of the writers, I am not sure how new the material will be π

I love the Parent Trap.Haven't watched the old one though π .Am talking about the one Lindsay Lohan was inAnd haha yes,can never have enough of such stories.I love them tooAnd the way you put this line " The idea of two people who supposedly "belong together" due to unforeseen circumstances parting ways, and then having a kid- the ultimate symbolic representation of a supposed "made for each other couple" bringing them together " BeautifulAnd I'll always be thankful to the makers for bringing in Khushi.Ankush & Harbandana created magic as Karshi, made me love them more than Karvi. Also Khushi brought Karvishi dynamic which as an audience I found very beautiful.Seeing a made for each other couple turn parents & how this changes their lives, makes it more beautiful was soKarshi/Karvishi made me goevery single time β€οΈOkay maybe am overdoing it again π but still there is no denying how beautiful they were
