Wow, so Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi is going through a leap and have been in the media a lot lately. What I find interesting is how similar the arc is to KarVishi's track. This just shows the difference between Sony TV and Zee TV and their differences in marketing. I am sure YVR would have done so much better if their marketing was up to par. Very sad. 😭

SonKush and Harbandana did a really great job during this arc and it should have been better covered not for Tai's evil plans but for KarVi and KarViShi.

No way... no wonder they're reusing that story-line. lol. Is he producing it as well? So I guess the blame/credit of the lack of promotions goes to Zee TV? Why am I not surprised šŸ¤”

I don't think he is producing it.He is just the writer. But then am not so sure. It's just that a friend of mine told me about Mahesh Pandey being the writer of Kuchh rang as well

One thing I have noted about promotions is that channels promote the shows which are already doing good. It's never the other way around.Sad though
They should try & market the shows not doing good on the TRP charts.Who knows they might grab the attention of the viewers & make them watch
Channels seriously need to take a relook at how they work.

KRPKAB recent track with the leap and all is so similar to YVR, and to think SonKush are much younger and they pulled it off so well, yet they do not receive the same kind of feedback. YVR was doing well during the KarViShi track yet they did not have a single promo. Then again, this industry and the way it is received is based on the star factor so what can you do.

Is the show good? The "parent trap" story arc is not new and has been done in several mediums. It is a classic arc that is very entertaining to watch. The idea of two people who supposedly "belong together" due to unforeseen circumstances parting ways, and then having a kid- the ultimate symbolic representation of a supposed "made for each other couple" bringing them together is one a lot of us will never get tired of despite it being overdone šŸ˜† I am one of those people who is a sucker for such story lines, especially when done right. It was this story line in YVR that brought me the best part of YVR and that was our KarShi They were a beautiful father/daughter pair, enacted so realistically by Ankush Arora and Handanana Kaur ā¤ļø This story line also brought out the characteristics in Survi I admired the most, and it helped Sonal showcase her acting abilities šŸ‘ KarVi, KarShi and KarViShi truly made this arc unforgettable, and made up for a lack of KarVi in the beginning toošŸ‘šŸ¼

It is good. Best of all, the show is promoted well, and there isn't much evil scheming. I know we all wanted to see more of KarVi (played by SonKush) where they really unpacked the different emotional layers of their relationship rather than have Tai get in the way with over dramatic murder scares. Since YVR has ended and KarVi is no more you should check the show out. They are taking a 7 year leap just like YVR and have a daughter just like them too šŸ˜† All the episodes are also available on SonyTV's official YouTube page. Since MP is one of the writers, I am not sure how new the material will be šŸ˜’

I love the Parent Trap.Haven't watched the old one though šŸ˜† .Am talking about the one Lindsay Lohan was in
And haha yes,can never have enough of such stories.I love them too
And the way you put this line " The idea of two people who supposedly "belong together" due to unforeseen circumstances parting ways, and then having a kid- the ultimate symbolic representation of a supposed "made for each other couple" bringing them together " Beautiful

And I'll always be thankful to the makers for bringing in Khushi.Ankush & Harbandana created magic as Karshi, made me love them more than Karvi. Also Khushi brought Karvishi dynamic which as an audience I found very beautiful.Seeing a made for each other couple turn parents & how this changes their lives, makes it more beautiful was so

Karshi/Karvishi made me go

every single time ā¤ļø
Okay maybe am overdoing it again šŸ˜† but still there is no denying how beautiful they were

Thanks for the review.

Bold: After YVR- I don't think I have a very good opinion of Mahesh Pandey's writing- the way YVR turned out, with its numerous leaps, rushed tracks and disregard for important factors like KarVi's age gap, Tai's lack of humanity and justification for her evil doings after a point and not to mention KarVi's horrible demise- I don't think it is something that will end up suiting my taste, I am too scared to even start watching šŸ˜†
