You need to understand the difference between confidence on popularity and need of immunity.

Immunity is required to get save from BB's googly. Rahul, Karan, Gaurav were popular but eliminated because of BB's googly.

You need immunity to reach finale. And on finale your popularity will make you winner.

Aur kuch log keh rehe hai ki, Bani kai baar nominate hui hai aur har baar save bhi hui hai. Toh kya baaki contestants nominate nahi hue?? Monalisa shaayad sab se zyaada baar nominate hui hai aur big margin se save bhi hui hai. Lekin Bigg Boss ne yeh kabhi reveal nahi kiya ki Monalisa ko kitni big margin mil rahi hai.
