Bijoy is very negative probably his fear and concern for Sona

but I'm also glad that Sona in precap ask Ishwari if she fails to get pregnant will she still be part of the family

Bijoy is not respecting Sona's decision .. getting treated or not. having babies or not is one's personal decision, father should not interfere
