Lovely cute update its geets parents anniversary but heer not sure they should celebrate but prem said they have to live so that geet wouldn't feel bad maan was in guilty mode though he saw geets parents celebrating their day but he didn't join as he blamed himself for losing geet here doc warned geet to be careful and look after her health or there will be problem in delivery geet shocked she didn't want to lose her baby but kaki consoles her looking after her

prem and heer arranged surprise party on his parents anniversary to make them forget their pain fr a while and remember geet happy memories maan also cane but left instantly after they cut cake he sat alone remembering geet and baby and felt guilty
