Recently when Sanjay Dutt, who was present at an event in Delhi was asked, in a game of word association, to associate a word for his close friend and "younger brother" Salman Khan.
The actor promptly replied arrogant.' This sure left everyone in a state of frenzy but now according to a source close to DNA, the truth about why Sanjay Dutt said that comes out, "None of Sanju's films are taking off. He announced three films but none have happened although he is in the best shape today and raring to go. He also owns a production house so he approached Salman to act in his home production, thinking his buddy would give the green signal. But Salman's date diary is choc-a-bloc with his film, brand and Being Human commitments and he had to turn down Dutt. But he didn't know how to refuse a friend so he asked his team to do it. Naturally, Sanju did not take this too well." Also read: Sanjay Dutt calls Salman Khan ARROGANT!
This is not the first time Sanjay Dutt has taken a sly dig at an actor, in fact lately he has been on a dig taking spree. He first took a dig at Ranbir Kapoor and questioned his films choices, making fun of much loved Barfi. He even went to accuse him of not being macho enough to play Sanjay Dutt on the big screen. He later at the same event made fun of Ranbir Kapoor once again for trying to know his character better to play it on screen.

This is what he said when asked about his biopic and Ranbir Kapoor, who'll be portraying him on screen, "Meri life kaafi interesting hogi ki Raju Hirani saab jaise director ko pasand aayi. Ranbir is playing me, aur unki haalat kafi kaharab hai. Unka mujhe roz phone aata hai. (My life should be pretty interesting given that someone like Raju Hirani liked it so much. Ranbir is playing me and he is in quite a state. He calls me every day.) He wants to spend days and weeks with me, but I can't spend more than half an hour with anybody. I have been trying to avoid him, it is a difficult role for him to play. He is a fine actor though." Also read: Ranbir Kapoor: I don't think I deserve to play Sanjay Dutt
