How did Daksh get Anika into the glass chamber?

You need that much extra water to displace for swimming to make sense. I would rather she jumps till she catches the top edge and climbs out, it was not that high. One could have caught that just by jumping high

Can't Anika swim? Wouldn't it be quite easy to wait for the water to fill to the brim, then swim to the top, and take in oxygen above water whilst waiting to be rescued or while planning her next move?

Then how do people drown in swimming pools??
