My guess of Dev's insane plan

He is over whelmed that his mother threw him out of house just for sonakshi. After some days he will realise that ishu is sympathetic to sona. And after jerking sona how much she concerned for her. So may be he will instruct the dr. To give such medicines so that sona feels that miscarriage is happened and this all blame wud be taken by dev that he was violent to his wife. Like in SBS seg. He repeatedly abuse her knowingly to plot a miscarriage. So after that ishu will sympathise to her DIL and after that he will make a fake reports that due to his violence and miscarriage she wud never be pregnant. Ishu and sona ka rishta bhi bana rahega becoz the relations which develop in sorrow and grief are stronger.Ma b khush biwi b khush. And dev will be forgiven too becoz he will make puppy faces and do unrelaible promises.and make both ishu and sona happy.😆and after that they will go through pregnancy treatment

First of all i I think you may be onto something here. Dev seems desperate now the Cvs have butchered him beyond recognition so what you have written may be shown in the show that way viewers some of them can sympathize with Dev.

He wud make himself villian for sona and ishu's sake.

Honestly it makes sense, and it will be very interesting too and this ishu sona bond will continue with sona getting all the sympathy. I feel something like this can happen becoz now without signature on those papers the Dr will not treat sona. Now dev can take fraudulently those signatures but then the truth will come out when Dr is gonna talk to sona. I don't think CVS plan to disclose this pregnancy truth this soon. So the only option is left is miscarriage

To garner sympathy for Sona CVs came up with Aunty track.
To make Sona a successful detective and mahaan they turned Dev Dixit into dumb Dixit who forget he had a private detective working for him .
Again to make Sona bechari they made Dev to start treatment without her consent .
To make Ishwari Mahaan and Sona the best wife they decided to come up with this new track ..

After all Indian serials are made for audiences who love to see a bechari ,mahaan ,miss know it all female lead .Male leads are good for nothing who cannot even handle a loser like Ayan .They need FL to help her husband...

Ishwari and Sonakshi love story has started .Dev has become the Sautan now who is kabab mein haddi between Ish and Sona

Coz now they can't get sona preggers so soon so the only way out is miscarriage

I think ur imagination is totally wrong...u r just saying everything on basis of 2 min segments...
