Lets start with all the issues that I can think of (I tried to think of all that I could):
- Annika helping out the Obros to sort their issues - some thought she was overstepping her bounds, some called her kebab main haddi - some said this was foretold in the beginning of the series and applauded her, some thought that Obros are the best and no one should some between them and that they can solve their own issues
- Ishana - where to start - some found her boring and too over the top - hated her dancing and some loved her soo much that they harassed the makers for more screen space which led to her eventual exit from the show - some even hated the whole Ishkara plotline but just loved Vrushika and Kunals chemistry, and wanted the CVs to change the complete story
- Annikas stand on the marriage - why isn't she against it and why is she not speaking out against dadi and how can she live with her abuser and let her brother stay there as well - and some advocating for annka that she is in shock and loves shivaay and will grow a back bone soon and will fight
- Shivaay - where to start - everyone loves to hate him, but most don't want to see him cry and when he does cry, we want him to cry more - his changed attitude - where some are saying that it has always been this way and some calling it character assassination and some trying to explain why he did it
- Daksh - some want him back to resolve the ONS misunderstanding - whereas some want shivaay to solve it on his own, some want him to kidnap anika and some feel its just too sad if that happens to annika
- Strong villain - we hated Roop, gayatri, bua and Svetlana and wanted a stronger villain, now that Tia is evil personified - we hate that as well and we want her to be her sweet self and now we are questioning why cant exes be good and why do they always tur evil
Mallika - some thought she wasn't needed at all in the story and hated every part of it and some are wishing that she comes back
- RuMya - some wanting more screen space - some wanting rehaan to come back - some wanting Romi, some hating her , some hating that Rudra was aggressive with Saumya
- Om's love story - some wanting Oms story to start - but when it does start they hating the whole drug overdose bit - and when we hear that a lead has been finalized - we hate her as well
- Priyanka - some just hate her character - some think that she will be the reason that all the brothers will break, as she will have to bear the mistakes of all her brothers - some people hate the ACP, some want more scenes of him and Om and shivaay
- past being explored - a while back everyone was hating on Gul for not solving past issues - now that they are being solved we are hating the Chutki bit - we don't want Annikas sister to be Om's love interest
-Character assassination - how the whole family flipped after SSO and Annikas wedding - some believing that this was bound to happen
- Dadi forcing Annika and Shivaay to stay together - some believing that it was the correct thing to do - and agreeing with all her sindoor and mangalsutra gyaan
- Screen space - now here comes the tricky part - yes its a story of three brothers and not just Shivaay but Shivaay has been the protagonist from the beginning - no denying that and I feel that wont change - no matter how much we harass the makers - it will just lead to them taking rash decisions like axing plotlines and characters - and since shivaay is given more screen space naturally so would his heroine Annika, but our fandom doesn't understand that - we love to hate Annika calling her Gul ki favourite and what not - where as it looks like Shivaay is the favourite rather than vice versa.
I love watching Ishqbaaz - I don't watch it believing that it will change the world and that it will bring female equality and reduce male chauvinism, I watch it for the fun and all the twists and turns, and I hate that we as a fandom are so divided in our views, I have watched a lot of programs but never have I seen a fandom so divided and so against each other - we just wait to pick on others.
Not everyone is going to agree with your opinion - but that does not mean that we forget our manners and call each other names and fight. This is a program to be enjoyed, to made fun off and taken lightly, there is so much to come - we need to give the makers a chance and if not then we should just stop watching if we don't like it - but creating negativity and ill feelings amongst each other just for the heck of it is just not done. If we do not agree with someone's opinion that is fine, but we do need to respect it!!
