Akshay in Airlift or Ranveer in Bajirao Mastani?

Akshay in Airlift, he was sublime. The way he underacted and kept it so real and calm, all in all he was outstanding. Ranveer did a great job with catching the accent and also the body language of a warrior but he at times IMO did went OTT.

of course Ranveer... the acting needed in bajirao mastani is just too difficult as there's no reference and story is from centuries back.. airlift is a fairly normal act..
I doubt akshay will win ANY best actor awards for airlift

now there will be barrage of posts after mesaying Akki..😆

Akshay FTW! His performance was restrained yet very nuanced and powerful 👏

Ranveer on the other hand overacted like hell in BM 🤢 PC and Tanvi Azmi overshadowed him big time.

Ranveer's voice does not work for me at all in Bajirao. It was way weaker than I thought the movie required.

Akshay is Akshay. His experience really shows when he acts. He's effective on screen.

RS in BM.

Akshay was great in Airlift but still it was kinda role which a smooth walk for him. He aces those.

Ranveer as Bajirao was amazing. To me, he caught the perfect accent. & even body language. He did go ott at few places, still it was very restrained and powerful act by him.

Both of them are poor in crying scenes.Akshay is slightly better than Ranveer.
