I don't think Rahul was in the plan. It was Gaurav all along and his strategy was to make people nominate each other to save his kaali peeli ass.

This 'looking the bad guy' thing is actually nothing because there are cameras and whether you nominate yourself or ask someone else to do it viewers are watching it.. the point is saving yourself from 'Tit for Tat' situation.. he was very well aware that who'll burst the balloon of someone that person will return the favor in next turn..
