I'm amazed by the folks who insinuate that Shahrukh is trying to gain some publicity this way. What politics have these guys been following if they think any person in the industry or rather any person in the position that Shahrukh and Karan are in would want this kind of publicity where threats of violence are issued when it comes to the release of their movies. So much for those who were mocking Karan. Shahrukh of all people , who has stood up to these bullies in the past now has to go to them so that the movie doesn't face any protests. Stated this even the other day that don't expect the film industry folks to stand up to this kind of bullying when the government in question is cutting deals with those who issue threats of violence. Shahrukh and Ritesh are trying to preempt what happened with ADHM. MNS might not protest now but the other oh so wonderful party which ain't much different from the MNS probably would. Infact there are more chances of SS protesting now considering these two parties compete with each other when it comes hooliganism in the state of Maharashtra.

Those who are saying he did this for publicity must want such publicity for their favorites films too
