Well yes, it's more of speculation. But one thing it does not say Om's pair is Anika's sister. It just says Anika's sister will soon enter the show and so will Om's love story start at the same time. It just gives the feeling that she could be the pair but the didn't say it outright. Also about Shivaay forgetting his nafrat, they are alluding to the scene where he stops Anika from leaving O mansion because he feels guilty for being rude to saahil who is differently abled. Last bit is just speculation and it only says they gang up to bring Shivika closer, nothing said about against Tia.
