Why Dadi is not sympathesizing wid Tia who was kidnapped?

Why Dadi is not sympathesizing wid Tia who was kidnapped? Wasn't Tia supposed to be a bride who cud not make it to d wedding cuz of her kidnapping? We knows it's lie but Dadi n others don't know it. Anika knows Tia is bad but Dadi don't know it. Dadi did not even comforted n asked Tia d woman who was supposed to be her bahu if she is okay. Just cuz she got Anika she can't ignore Tia like dis wen Tia did nothing wrong wid her till now n wen Dadi don't know her reality? Wat if Tia was actually nice? Did she cares abt d humiliations Tia may have to face by d society wen everyone gets to know dat Shivaay married another girl just cuz Tia for kidnapped? It will give d impression dat Shivaay only cares any his reputation for which he even dumped his fiancee d girl who he spent months wid . Still Dadi is forcing Shivaay n Anika on each other. She shamelessly told Tia dat till their marriage they can't have SR n only Anika has rights to be in Shivaay's room. She was expecting Shivaay n Anika to have SR wid d kind of smile she was giving. So was she trying to tell Tia dat Shivaay will sleep wid her after their marriage but till then he will sleep Anika? Wow! Kya logic hai! I hates d way she was removing Tia like a fly 4m d room of d man she was supposed to marry. Dis oldie is really giving me creeps. Is dis d way I comfort a girl who can't get married as she was kidnapped? By teln her sautan to sleep wid her fiancee? 2mrw, if Priyanka accidentally gets married to another guy instead of who she was supposed to marry will she tell her to back off 4m her fiance cuz she is married to another guy so she sud stay n sleep wid him? Normally, she sud annul d marriage of Shivaay n Anika as forced marriage is void acc. to our Hindu marriage act 1955. She Sid then assure Tia dat not to worry as they will make everything normal. But no. She is throwing her sautan on her fiancee in front of her face. Anika knows Tia is bad but Dadi does not knows so she has no reason to hate Tia. It was not her fault dat she got kidnapped on her wedding day.

I totally agree with you. All these misplaced feelings & unthought reactions are probably due to the way this track is hurried upon. There is so much conflict every one could have been put through before they decide what is right & what is wrong.
And It would have been both fun, different & amazing to watch this. It is a writer's dream to write Characters in conflict. But to expect something that complicated yet delicate from what we watch is meaningless.
I strongly feel that Shivaay caught between his brain & heart & all those thoughts is far more intense than he extinguishing candles with his hands.
As for Dadi, writing her the way you said would have made her 3 dimensional & real. But if she won't slap her grandson after what he did to make Anika marry him & she cares more about Anika then Tia, so expecting she will be concern about Tia is far fetched.

dadi feels bad for tia when she heard about kidnap...bt wat 2 do...shivaay ki shaadi ho chuki hai anika se...its fate... n dadi accept anika bcoz she lyks her n she thinks anika s prefect for shivaay ...bt dat irritating dadi s forcing anika after the announcemnt of shivaay (tia as mrs.sso)...dadi s selfish...she need shivaays happiness dats all...shivaay s not giving anika any respect ...then all also forcing them 2 relationship...

solely based on dadi's pov, yes tia got kidnapped fair enough but that doesnt change the fact that shivay and anika got married to one another and despite knowing that tia is shameless enough to support shivay in the sham instead of gracefully stepping back. Even if tia had her reasonings for not marrying him (in this case she lied about getting kidnapped but no one knows that) marriage isnt a joke and shes living there and pretending to be his wife despite having no relationship with him..

1st of all Gul needs to research abt Hindu marriage acts. Forced n fraud marriages r void in Hindu religion. Anyone ever saw dat d brides face is covered even in newspapers weneva there r news on any wedding? But wat to expect wen she makes mockery of her own religion's marriage where d marriage is valid even if both d persons were talking on their phones? Also, Hindu marriage needs witnesses but here none of the. knew dat it was Anika not Tia dat Shivaay was getn get married to. Then how come marriage is valid?

Siddhe siddhe bolu toh ye hi baat hai. She always wanted it to be Anika & now that Anika is here she just want them to be together so that everything goes to the way she wants. Tia according to her is just a obstracle. She just doesn't realise that Tia is not a stone, she is a iceberg.

I would say Dadi is desperately tring to cover Shivaay from what he did to Annika...

just to add my two cents here if you don't mind...
Dadi was fine with Tia till 2 things happened that were completely Tia's doing with no external help or pressure, that weakened her position in the Oberoi Family -
1. I think Dadi was quite disappointed that Tia walked up when Shivvay announced her as his wife without even a pause, hesitation or a look of guilt before she took her place next to him. In fact as Rudy pointed out she floats like the legit daughter-in-law of the mansion and has airs like a princess. It looks to the family like her position as Shivvay's wife has already gone to her head. That may have left a bad taste to start with.
And even if we agree, for arguments sake, that he put her on the spot by announcing her to the media, the whole unnecessary speech she gave after she stated how happy she was and the indirect remarks about Annika, was compleytely not required. If she was smart she would have kept the 'bit**ness" with Annika private. She is getting to confident and comfortable about her plan.
By making that part of the speech she made just made the whole situation worse for her. Dadi is after all older and has seen more of the world. I am sure that the hidden meaning in Tia's speech was perfectly clear to all the family, especially Dadi
2. Why in the world would you go to the man's room and try to seduce him when you already know what majority of the family thinks of the marriage situation right now. You got your position as wife declared to the world and stick with that plan. She should have been wining Dadi's confidence by keeping her views and opinions in mind to put up a show of being good and understanding. The bedroom scene put the final nail in her coffin. I do not think Dadi took that very well...lol
