Srini comes out to find Arjun and starts his blabberings and requests Arjun to immediately leave before anyone links them both. Arjun enquires where his car is. Srini says it is in the garage. Arjun says it has already left the garage and makes Srini call up the garage at that untimely hour. Srini finds out that the car is in Raj's house. Arjun leaves before Srini puts the phone down.
Anita is very sad and her m-i-l asks her to eat something to keep herself alive and scolds her son as adimuttal. Anita is worried that Arjun has not called up and RK cites various reasons for this. At the same time Arjun calls up, Anita is excited; police control room recording their conversation. A police car comes near the booth, but Arjun ducks down in time and avoids them. The call has ended and Anita is worried. RK assures her they will move the bail application and then advertise in paper, then probably Arjun wud turn up.
Arjun goes to Raj's house and recovers the CD, but is unable to view the contents in the recorder. He comes out to find Raj. Arjun explains abt the CD, Raj is understanding and agrees to handover the CD to ACD. Raj also gives Arjun some cash and asks him not to use ATM card.Arjun vows that he wud surrender only with Sams and leaves the place.
Shanthi in 3/4 th makeup regains consciousness ; happy Karthik, Indu and Narayanan visit her. She acknowledges them , but doesn't speak. Karthik calls up his father and give the happy news. A constable calls up ACD and give the same news abt Shanthi. ACD walks to his car in slow motion with the typical bg music😕 (- idhu edhukku? Shanthi oomai aagitta? illai edhuvum ninaivu illainu sollita? ennavo pongappa.) - freeze
