WELCOME is a huge success and may even achieve blockbuster status if the current trend is any indication. While Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor have been appreciated most for their contribution to WELCOME, one fact which cannot be denied is that Katrina Kaif now has yet another successful film in her kitty.

Does that make her a rising princess when it comes to Bollywood box office? This pretty much seems so when one looks at the kind of celluloid run that Kaif is currently enjoying. That's because with WELCOME, Kaif now has 4 straight successful films in a row after NAMASTEY LONDON, APNE and PARTNER. Agreed that there was near to negligible contribution from her in APNE but a hit film is a hit film is a hit film.

To top it up, in 2006 too she had HUMKO DEEWANA KAR GAYE which wasn't the kind of flop that most loved to declare it as whereas in 2005 she had a twin treat in the form of MAINE PYAAR KYUN KIYA and SARKAAR.

WELCOME wasnt Katrina's fim..she had no role..it was Mallika n Nana's film.. 😳 😉

None of the hits from this year in which Katrina starred in,gave her any scope to perform.....except for Namaste London.Their's alot more time until she has the capability to hold a movie on her shoulders and be called the "rising princess"...
