Also, even if Gaurav thought that Manveer isn't badly hurt, why did he continue despite Manveer not returning to fight the task? If Manveer isn't hurt then he will start the task again right? Gaurav wanted to take advantage of Manveer's injury then, and thought he can take as much of a lead as possible till Manveer recovers(if he really thought Manveer is only minorly injured).
If that is true, then he didn't even play fair. He doesn't have any confidence or respect for himself to take advantage of somebody's injury? He didn't even stop after so much time even though Manveer hadn't returned to the task. Bigg Boss had to ask him to stop.
So you knew that Manveer needed stitches as soon as he stood up and beaded that he's fine.
