It appears that Naina will come to know that she married Raghav. But she will not accept the relationship. So she will get out of Mehra household but may continue in Austria or come back to India.

Going by the promos before the series stated, I think she will stay back in Austria and love will blossom

Thanks a lot for sharing this spoiler. If this spoiler is true, Naina & Raghav marriage did not happen. But we did see pheras happening in yesterday segments.😕 .What about that..

Confusion hi confusion...but many of us did not want marriage to happen so early. If marriage is not happening, Naina is not going anywhere. She will stay back in Austria along with her mother in her brother's place. She will fend for herself & her family members. Raghav will also try to come out of shadow of Mehras.
In Austria, Naina & Raghav will come across each other frequently as they have been in past. Gradually love will blossom between them. But the entire kayanaat(Read Dadi, chanchu et al) will be again united to get Naina & Veer married. Veer may turn into an obsessive lover.

Can't guess further...itna paisa mein itna hi milega 😳
