What are the Oberois'???

Is the Oberois' a Royal family that I'm fed up hearing "REPEATEDLY" the word "KHOON KHANDAAN"
This is only on behalf of Shivaay and Pinky the mother son duo are sick.
What if ever Anika is known to be from a much richer family than the Oberoi?
Shivaay and Pinky will have no problem accepting her???
Shivaay will be able to sign more business deal??
