why are south actresses so bland when they do BW movies?

i was watching Shivaay the other night and i loved the movie. even though i didn't see the need to use a white actress. both the child and the actress who played her mom where so good in the movie. but the other actress who helped ajay in the movie was so bland and boring. she didn't act bad bt she boring to look at, bland. it made me think of how most of the south actresses are weak Asin, shruti, tamanna etc. they do all these flower pot roles and just don't do well. i think BW should stop casting them they dnt add anything to BW. i wish the older actresses would come back even with a few min the older actresses would create magic. or just allow the pakistani actors to come back they too talented

Lol how easy to just say they have nothing to offer. I'm sure they'll outshine BW actresses like shraddha any day if they are offered the right meaty roles!

Yes but most women acting in south regional films are themselves not south Indian.

South indian actresses are talented too but they're not getting good roles. They get flower pot roles where they have to only show their body and not talent.

It's interesting to note that most of these "South Indian actresses" are actually not south Indian by origin. Most of them are north Indians, so in theory, it should be easier for them to transition from Telugu/Tamil industry to Hindi industry, but it has almost never been the case.

May be they do not get good scripts

On the contrary, most of the biggest top actresses in Bollywood have actually been South Indians.
