Shifting gears and really impressed with Alia Bhatt. She has reached that point where her films are well received and has a fan following. Will Dear Zindagi put her in the big leagues? Perhaps put her for superstardom? Please share your thoughts. 😲 😃

I think she is already an A-list actor, partly 'cause of KJo's chattrachhaya.

She isn't a star like DP or Kat yet, but has an enviable position among the young lot. BUT to be a superstar she has to appeal to the masses as well and not just the classes- should do movies like HSKD. I think Shraddha is a bit ahead of her when it comes to mass appeal.

Also, it takes time to build that kind of equity, so will take her 2-3 years to do so.

She needs few blockbuster hits.

She needs to pair with senior actors who can give her more visibility in mass. But she can't as she looks too young. She needs to do big budget movie with Big director and actor from her generation who has mass appeal...
