Not True, she had 3 films deal with YRF. it was her 3rd film with YRF, after which she gets many films.

She had a 3 film deal with YRF, but she was struggling within that and wasn't really getting outside offers. Parmeet Sethi didn't even want to take her for Badmaash Company (which Anushka herself revealed). BBB was make or break for her because she was considered a "forgotten actress" by then. And yeah Hirani liked her work in BBB (so did Kashyap, Bharadwaj, Dibakar Banerjee, etc.)
