Any new mother would want to give equal importance to her kid n career. Because

Humans r not born to just work n earn money. We r social being n love n family holds more importance.

Ppl should understand this n be more inclusive towards working mothers n understand their struggles n not see them as someone difficult to work with .

Because of such work toxic culture 4B movement started.

Deepika’s PR really needs to stop forcing others to defend her with such questions thankfully most women did not fall for it and some even called her out

Thankful that Kareena stressed the importance that an actress should be given the freedom to express her wishes...and especially one who has gained a certain degree of demand (even for allegedly 'small' supporting roles).

Unfortunately it seems, that not many male producers/directors are willing to give women this right and - if r e a l l y interested in the respective contribution - try to find a consensus but instead publicly paint the woman in a negative light (which certain members here seem to equally fancy to do ).
