Her work in BBB was liked by Hirani & Others, but here i am talking about Audience. I ain't saying she is bad in those films, her pair with Ranveer isn't what audience like.

No you didnt get it haha. Adi was trying to make over her image into a "hot girl" with Badmaash Company and he forced Parmeet to take her. Anushka has spoken about how awful it is to be directed by someone who clearly doesn't want you in the movie. BBB was her third film in the YRF contract and it clicked for her. Whatever money it made, it made purely on WOM. It's opening day collection was less than a crore.

It was HER PERFORMANCE, it was HER ROLE which those Directors like, but Audience hasn't liked her pair with Ranveer, or else they would have made at least 1 film HIT out of those 3.

everyone enjoyed BBB... it may have been average at the box office back then but it's actually a rom com ppl still love today. Ranveer n anushka have good onscreen chemistry... there were rumors that Adi was considering her for befikre but she wasnt keen coz she wanted to work some new co-actors...it worked out for her coz she got sultan instead..

box office numbers are not always a true reflection of the class of a film... many forgettable films have made 100cr while many memorable films have not... u need to look beyond numbers... BBB got ranveer all the best debut awards...it got anushka a couple of best actress awards... and ranbir said he regretted rejecting the movie...

the problem with LVRB and DDD... both were not only about ranveer-anushka... LVRB had 3 other gals n DDD had 3 other romantic tracks apart from ranveer-anushka's...lol... so BBB is their only film in which they were SOLO leads n that was loved by ppl.

Like ppl didn't like Ajay-Kajol in Hulchul, but they further loved them in ISHQ & PTHHT.

Here graph is decling, now with failure of DDD, it is certain, they don't like this jodi. In future, they might click, but here audience's reaction is on decline.
