I get that she's preggers, but just up until last week at Lux Awards she didn't look this big. Like all of a sudden, woah!

This dress is pretty tight that's why , earlier she used to wear bit loose cloths...and isn't she due next month ?

it's because of the tight dress material plus white colour.
