Everytime I see Jhanvi I remember the comment of that socialite ball thingy head where they said she's too common to be introduced as a debutante! 😆

Is their daughter posing for a family photo or modelling photo ...sridevi never leaves a chance to promote her 🤔

this post makes me hate sri n boney a bit more..he always show off his new family n ignores his other two kids...after monas death its like Arjun and anshula can declare them as parent less..their father is devoted to his new family. and the best friend betrayed their mom is still happy with the man they called father living the moments of family deserved by them too...I care more abt anshula..one can still feel the pain n lonliness if your parents are not with you even though we have everything friends relatives money etc

Both the adults in this photo are real piece of work. They are the reason why I love when Arjun Kapoor gets success. It means he can thumb his nose at them. Her whole marriage with Boney was just a PR disaster. And poor Arjun and Anushala are the one who suffered. I don't have any issue with Khushi except she turned into swan with unnatural speed. I hate how in her family outing, Sridevi tries to throw Jhanvi in your face. It looks like the girl is not getting any scope to grow normally or act without having her mother breathing down her neck. Staying alone in LA must have been such a relief.

I have no real liking for Boney. He is such a non entity in my mind that I don't think about him in any sort of equation.

Now there was an article in 90's - how Southern actresses in Bollywood had an affinity towards married men.

It was such a generalization and I don't agree with it. I believe Bollywood affair is not restricted to any region. Nargis was involved with married Raj Kapoor, much married Devika Rani was orginal "Biwi Bhag Jayegi" with her no. of co-stars , married but unhappy Nalini Jaywant ran away with her married producer, Asha Parekh lived openly with her producer - lover Nasir Hussain who was incidentally married.

Actress having affair with married men is open secret in Bollywood. I mean there is pretty wide age gap. Male stars, producer, directors are older and more stable. Most were married. Females were younger and more insecure. Marriage was out of bound as it would setroy their ingnue image .It was culture conducive to having an affair. It was moot point how many of them were truly borne out of heart. But that is a story for another day. Sets were lop sided with more males than females. Wives and girl friends were strictly banned on basis of culture.

Without condoning the human behavior, the unnatural nearness for extended period of time coupled with attraction for stability meant there was possibility of some if not all having few affairs during movie production. I guess it is equivalence of what happens when you have job that entails travelling with same group for better part of year. It doesn't mean every married star cheated or every actress had an affair with married man. Some managed without having any scandals attached to them. Also I am not sure I agree that all South Indian actress in Bollywood have affinity towards married men. Some like Meenakshi and Ash did not.

But it did bring out few judicious point and list of names who did have affair/ got married. I just remember few famous names from the list

A> Vyjanthimala and Dr Balan - Balan was married and some say he had children. Not proven about kids but he was married.
B> Hema Malini and Dharmendra -Enough has been said about two.
C> Jaya Prada and Southern Married producer- She even tried to commit suicide for him
D> Sridevi and Boney Kapoor - Rakhi Behen Bhai - Oh god.
E> Rekha and Amitabh Bacchan - Silsila

^^Meenakshi Sheshadri may not have gone after married men, but a long time ago a member on IF posted that she was involved in some very naughty activities. 😆
