Dhruv was caught between his love towards Siya and his responsibilities towards Antara and his Child OM and so in the end he chooses his responsibility over Love and refuses to marry Siya

But Dhruv din't knew that Siya too was pregnent with his child which Sharman knew it 😛 and so to save Siya and his Parivaar from Embarassment and guilt ,he marries Siya at the last minute 😳
