No, it was phrased the wrong way. He didn't say it in a negative way, he just simply stated a fact that Lopa was in a better state to win than Bani.

No he said it more like Lopa ka harna nahin banta as it wld look bad. That's my assumption. He also said he was ready with all the help possible to ensure Lopa did not lose. I can attribute many other things as to why he said this, but that would be my assumption and I don't state my assumptions as truth and hence will no say more.

Yes, he stated a fact in terms of that. Lopa had more chances of winning than Bani because Bani wasn't in the proper state of giving much competition(which I disagree) because of his said reasons.
