This is my first BB season properly. I have watched earlier some bits and pieces. So there was a part where Mannu was asking Naveen to vote for Nitibha in eliminations so is it allowed to discuss who to eliminate like this? I thought it isn't why has BB taken no action against it?

It is not allowed. It is against the rules. BB does take action if it happens a lot.

I feel they should be nominated for even discussing because it is against the rules but BB has gotten very lenient in previous seasons.

Very few people understand what Manu is saying.😕

BB doesn't understand him most certainly. They only get him when he repeats same word three times in a row...it then comes out like:

Labad-Labad--Habad-Habad---Vahiyaat!!!! Vahiyaat labad-labad!! 😲
