I am kind of surprised that everything I write in my post, I see on screen the next day.

I wrote these posts the last few days. If you read my comments and compare with the next day's episode, you will see how Dev's dialogues are exactly mimicing my comments/advice.

http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4728524&TPN=4

But Dev never asked her to do any of this. He proved that when he said that Tulsi puja is not her. The her that he married is someone else. This person she is trying to be is not the person he married. She doesn't need to fit in because she is already his legally wedded wife, his family. She is perfect fit for him and that's all that matters.

He backed off when she told him that it was her decision.

If she was already into cooking but never had a chance to learn, then of course take interest in it and learn from her mother-in-law.

If she was already religious only did not know the North Indian rituals, fine, learn from Dadi bua.

But here's the thing. If you try to be something else for someone else, you will always be anyone else but you.

Sona unfortunately is trying to win over someone who she can never win over barring leaving from her husband's life.

In the meanwhile, she is losing her self whom Dev fell in love with.

Dev's comment in the following episode:Best bahu hone ke pageant jitte jitte best wife hone ki pageant mat bhul jana.

http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4730483

Sona didn't have to agree to anything without talking to Dev and if she had said that she will talk to Dev about the fast, Ishwari would have backtracked fast because she never wants Dev to know about the games she is playing.

I am a very liberal woman as you all know but I am a strict believer of equality. If you take a decision that impacts another person's life or choice, then you have to discuss it with that person before taking the decision.

In my comment on the same post:

I can understand why Dev is looking so confused.

Sona, go to work or go home to remind yourself who you are and why you are in Dixit household. You are not there to be Ishwari's daughter-in-law. You are there to be Dev's wife. Every other identity is connected to that identity of a wife. So be a wife first and then if you have left anything else to give, then be a daughter-in-law or sister-in-law.

In another comment:

She, on the other hand, is taking her decision on her own which also impacts her husband.

Wasn't that her biggest complaint with Dev when he took the decision to break up on his own, knowing very well that Sona never wants to leave his side?

"Aapne hum dono ki zindegi ka faisla akele hi le liya?" That's what she said.

Isn't it hypocritical of doing the same to Dev even if it's only for 9 days?

Dev's comment in today's episode paraphrases my comments ditto.

In the same post and in another post, I commented how Sona should take a trip to her home to remind herself who she is and for Dev to see how to balance relationships.

Today CVs sent them to Bose house.

CVs, if you are following my comments, can I put an request to get Sona's brain back?

P.S. I have an advice for Dev and Sona. Please do pass it on to your writers.

One time, there was a couple who tried to please everyone and live happily ever after.

But one day the husband's dad asked him to go to the market and shop the whole day's worth of grocery.

So to please his father, even though he wanted to spend time with his wife, he went.

When in the evening the husband returned, he saw his wife was leaving because now in the meanwhile, the wife's mother called her to help her in her household. So the wife went to help her.

When the wife was coming home, she noticed that her husband was leaving because someone else asked him for help.

Eventually it got so worse that they had to say no to help out because they were too busy helping someone else.

Then all the people they could not help started to get angry because their expectations were that they will get help whenever they want.

In the end they realised that by trying to please everyone, they had let other people dictate their life and they never got to have their own happily ever after.

Moral of the story: Forget in-laws from both sides. First make yourself happy before running after people trying to please them while your own life is passing you by.

Thanks. Yes, they need to take everyone else's opinion with a pinch of salt and just live their life the way they want to. If Dev and Sona ignore the in-laws, they will loose their power over them.

Wow !!! Seems like the Cv's might be really reading your posts.

I hope you keep on giving great inputs and also your expectations in next few episodes and I am sure the Cv's might take your input.

I truly hope that we get back our Sonakshi Bose (Bengal Tigress) back soon. And I am really liking this new Dev. He has shown amazing growth since the wedding (infact I must say after their patch-up)

Also I hope that they will stop making Sona wear those horrible sarees every single day. Sona should wear Chudidars/Kurtis/Suits/Skirts like before ... just like working 'married' women do in real life. As you mentioned yesterday her 80's Jaya Prada dressing sense seems to be affecting her brains too.

But didn't dev is hypocrite here ,I mean he hid her medical reports and didn't gave her chance to decide for marriage ,in the fear of losing her ,he has taken decision for both of them.😆😆😆.

Bijoy and Ishwari have one similarity. Both agreed to the marriage for their children even though none of them wanted to.

But they have differences too. Ishwari has no reason to hate Sona and Bijoy has no reason to like Dev.

According to Bijoy, Dev hurt Sona and sent his mother to get her back.

Ishwari treats Sona as a toy, Bijoy doesn't treat Dev the same. It was a valid question today though which Dev could have answered that it was Sona's choice to fast.

Like I said, both of them should ignore their in-laws and live their own life.

Yes ur bang on Tia.
We can make others happy only when we are happy.
Trying to be somone else than what u r wil leave one nowhere.
U cant instantly become someone else in a moment and u cant be what u are ...

Firstly Sona didnt communicate things to him..blunder
Then she miscommunicated..another blunder

No wonder the writers very well showed a pre marriage date where both spoke abt how communication will b d most important. But its easier said than done.
