mine too arranged marriage almost 18 years completed.i have seen men r mostly like that even if they know their mother is wrong they wont question ..def they will defend their mother.
@ bold the same goes with my husband..but i am used to it

my close friend's husband is exactly like dev..he is from a poor family he is very very sucessful today in his business,he dont have faith on god he is very confident and hard working..but his mother always ill treat my friend he never ever raised a question against his mother..even he loves his wife and family.sometimes his mother badmouth his wife in front of him though he wont say anything

i think men r weak infront of mothers(really i hate this fact bcoz suffered a lot)..even i have two boys but i have told them i am your mother and also a human so if i commit a mistake u have the right to question me..i will give u the explanation if i am wrong i will change and apolozise

Yes most, especially our Indian men fall into this "tongue-tied in front of Maa" category😆 and can't blame them either for that. Its the society's perception which says its always girls duty to compromise and balance a family🤔 With that said, I have also seen extreme case of husbands who ditch mothers for wife😕 Only a very few manage to learn the art of balance and keep both sides of the family happy!

@bold: Exactly, thats the way a change can be made with future generation I believe. I do the same with my elder Son😆. More than that with my experience I have learned what not to do with my DIL infuture to put her husband in such spot😆

@bold even i am aware of that..i am liking this show bcoz it sometimes reminds my past and gives some lessons wt should be avoided in the future if I becomes a MIL
