It has to be the CD because Shivvay has only 2 options to clear his Dad and Uncle's name thus saving the 40 year old Family Reputation and the falling stocks of his companies.
1. Marriage to Tia (which he has embarked upon)
2. The CD proves to be false and thus clears Tej And Shakti's name
Personally I prefer the 2nd choice (lol for obvious Shivika reasons) and also for the fact that he said it would take a ''MIRACLE' for that to happen and he does not believe in Miracles. Of course Annika has to be the 'Guardian Angel' that somehow mentions something for this miracle to happen as she is his 'sheild' according to the priest.
Shivvay reminds me of the story about the King whose life was in this beautiful bird that he kept in a gilded cage. Shivvays life is in Annika and that is why he said "Agar tumhe chote lag gayee tho mera kya hoga?"(lol)
BTW I did have a 3rd Far-Fetched Theroy. The Family or a family member of the girl who killed her self will come to the house just as the wedding is taking place
OR
For 'Bhagoda Dulha' Style, the Family member or the girl herself (who is still alive) phones him to meet them because they are afraid their life could be still be in danger. Thus clearing the suicide blame that Tej and Shakti are blamed for.
For my part I feel it should be the "jump" in the CD track from theory 1. After all the CV's keep mentioning it for a reason.
