so let me start quickly....still have a little time left..here goes....

niharika is definately negative for kinjal as she wants to break their friendship and has been successful....but for neena i feel she is positive cause after all she is her mother and mothers only want the happiness for their children but i think she has chosen the wrong way to get close to her daughter....so overall negative...
i feel she is both lonely and intellegent...and that's y she wants to do anything to win her daughter back and she has won her daughter back...
again both she is craving her daughter's love and she is selfish cause here she is only thinking of herself and not thinking of her daughter's life longterm...

great idea soni and very thoughtful i'm glad you came up with it. since you asked about niharika i'll say this:
as a mother i understand her nature. the need a parent has for wanting to make your kids dreams all come true, to give them the best the world has to offer..that is what drives niharika, now the other negative shades her charcter has well that cause as life goes on sometime the hardships one faces makes them bitter, and yes negative as well...and i agree throughly with margi... way to go...but would like to say that a mother can never be selfish, for once you give birth to a child you give the world the opportunity to hurt you deeply.. so niharika will try to protect neena at every opportunity for in essence she's protecting her own and its not selfishness its an inherent self preservation all mothers feel towards their kids...

Beautifully penned and absolutely agree on the aspect of motherhood. Perfect/imperfect, selfish/not, in the end she is a mother who craves to have quality moments with her daughter, to share her joys, shower her love on her and make up for the lost time.
