Bihaan & Shankar's marriage

Bihaan is currently married to Thapki and thus can not have a second marriage. He can only marry some one else if either Thapki is dead or if they are divorced. I do not think they will show Thapki as dead so will they show divorce?? I do not think so. So how can Bihaan marry Shankar?? I really hope he does not.
