Its CONFIRMED! 'Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat' to go off-air..!

The rumor mills have finally confirmed the news.

Its been a saddening 24 hours for the millions of fans of particular shows. Confused? Well, one after the other, we have been reporting about some popular and loved shows slated to go off-air.

And the major carrier of the same have been 'Bade Bhaiya Ki Dulhania' and one of the most loved shows, 'Ek Duje Ke Vaaste' which are set to go off-air on 11th October and 7th October respectively.

However, following suit, is another popular show on Colors which is also set to go off-air.

We are talking about the historical epic show, 'Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat'. The show has been a fan favorite since its inception, with Siddarth Nigam portraying the role of Ashoka Samrat with finesse. The mantle was then passed on to the reliable Mohit Raina, who also managed to do justice to the character and the show.

However, the show is now slated to go off-air and will apparently air its last on the 7th October.

According to sources, it is been said that all the possible angles and shades of King Ashok's life has been portrayed and there isn't much left to explore. Hence, instead of forcing irrelevant tracks, it is best the show bring down its curtains.

We are sure the fans are disheartened by the same and will miss the show.

All thanks to Ashok kauruwaki Mahanta lob story.. 😡 I'll wont point on Devi' cause she is not the heroine of the show... And Ashok didn't love her. though she is also bad as kaurwakijee. but she is a sidekick.official sites of continloe alwayss stated only kaurwakijee as his love so I'll say they didn't had any chemistry cause saumyajee couldn't act aur woh below average actress thi...wanted Mouni roy as kaurwaki atleast trps would be highhh..waise bhi If they would have shown him as chand ashok trps would be more high..Kyonki hero shown ruthless is always the forumula for trps..eg Akbar shown ruthless now chandragupt shown ruthless but still chandragupt was not ruthless in reality 😡 😡 but this is the mantra for trps.. 😡

Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, which has been entertaining the viewers for quite some time now, will apparently bid adieu to its fans soon. The show will go off-air on October 7.

The show which started with child actor Siddharth Nigam as Ashoka witnessed immense success with him in the lead. His onscreen presence and acting abilities won millions of hearts. However, the generation leap in the show didn't work for it.

Popular actor, Mohit Raina, who was brought on board to play grown-up Ashoka, couldn't create any magic. Hence, the show has been witnessing a dip in numbers.

Sources from the sets informed us that the creative team is now wrapping up the main plot of the show. Despite trying everything, there has been no spike in the TRPs of the show. Hence, the channel has decided to shut the shop.

haha... main angle Jo hai wahi to nahi dikhaya... and other "irrelevant tracks" hi to forcefully dikhaye hai.

What they tried ? only initial episodes of Ashok being chand & Sushim being Danav was better..just better.. and on what basis they were calling him chand? they showed nothing for us to believethat he is chand. In their opinion 2-4 patthar tod diye to ho gaya Ashok chand.
Later on they just dragged the show with stupid Kondana track, incomplete track of Virat & time pass between Ashok & Kaurwaki. Their marriage track was also dragged uselessly.

Main history ...I didn't find anywhere.

Starting with Veer Shivaji then also Maharana Pratap and now Ashoka all are ending abruptly

Contiloe is just fiction drama

Actually in 2014 Star Plus was planning to start Ashoka with Triangle films who made Mahadev and Siya Ke Ram ...but Colors launched earlier promos and then star plus left it

I wish it could be happened with another production and another channel
