Yesterday when she was about to just touch the cd she was blocked by security with their guns so she could not take at that time and o bros were running towards locker room so how on the earth in next scene they showed cd being out of locker

No its not. She bought the CD with herself to trap oberois. It was all her masterplan to get her husband's case reopened. The reaction of shakti and tej showed there were shocked and unaware of what's shown in the CD rather than feeling guilty/angry that their secret has been revealed.
