Well today she said, Tiwaris too have some respect . What people will say that they could not organise their daughter's wedding. Her idea of having a simple marriage and grand reception by Malhotra's was not in bad taste. Shravan had come with all the planning for court marriage just for upmanship.

Yes.. She did cause Shravan started his papa jaap, his family, papa will pay for the wedding! Sumo knows true face of his papaji, not him 😆. Shravan started money thing again.. Saying we'll do all kharcha.. Same stuff he pulled as in preeti wedding. She maintained simple begore simple now. Its just shravan being shravan.. Brainwashed !

For this one will have to rewind to the reunion episode..

Shravan made it about her need to associate with him becos he was now successful and rich and an eligible bachelor...It may have not been intended by Shravan and he certainly does not see her as a person of that nature, his barbs about rich men (Adi) notwithstanding

I suppose that stung...Sumo looks to be received as an equal partner in the relationship. Her insecurities though make her articulate a little differently that it looks rigid to most.

If any of u have watched "Zindagi Gulzar hain", u can relate to the character's concern there in a similar situation even though Sumo and Kashaf are different characters with different approaches to their problems in life.

Rekha...Sumo's problem is her lack of tact...she can easily explain the matter to him...But, she said it as my family vs your family...and her family was raised above the pedestal...

Kashaf's problem was legitimate...here, it seems overboard

CVS make fun of Self respect...Suman 's self respect jhap only for Shravan..otherwise she compromises with family's pressure ..agreed to marry Aditya..

I agree..LAck of tact comes from her massive ego and chip on shoulder on the matter..of how I don't want to be beholden to anyone more than I already am...I used the KAshaf example to point out how people with insecurities tend to react...tho Sumo is more rigid than others in this regard. She has not considered giving room to people who may genuinely want to help her. that is her basic problem...not understanding where ehsaan ends and where help actually begins
