MM Gossip: DP rejected ALR movie for XXX, Wants the world to know

I'm the Queen, but...

JUST as soon as this paper announced yesterday that Katrina Kaif would be cast opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Aanand L Rai's upcoming film, gutsy Deepika Padukone, earlier considered for the same role and which she turned down to accommodate her Hollywood outing, made a couple of frantic calls. Dippy, who not just shares professional turf with Katrina but also a few degrees of separation via a certain Ranbir Kapoor, called the celebrated director asking him why she wasn't asked again, since she had finished with her foreign project already, and would have dates available for this one. The stumped director obviously wouldn't know her schedule, so Katrina was roped in. Now, we hear Deepika would have all and sundry know that this is a film she had rejected first. This is one rivalry that's only bound to get spicier.

Someone in MM obviously hates her...making her look like a desperate bitch.

P.S. If true why did she not contact the director earlier since news of casting has been doing rounds for sometime. Stupid if she just sat waiting for the project to fall in her lap.

If there was a list of actresses rejecting films...DP would top it
ofcourse just because the script aint good...no other reason

If desperate, deluded & unscrupulous had a brand ambassador...it would be DP...

Like I said SRK will avoid DP like a plague just like he did with Kareena post her high handedness in Promoting Raone... But DP needn't worry... She's got Vin D who's a bigger star than SRK😆
