WHAT IS THIS OBSESSION WITH GOREPAAN ???

1. KAALA CHAASHMA : lyrics goes something like this kaala chaashma jaachta hain mere gore chehre pe ..!!!

I mean wth ??

2.CHITTIYA KALAAIYA PE : chhitiya means gore paan ...!!!

3. Gori tere gaon pe or what was that Imran khan-karrena kappor film title..>> again gorepaan

such open racist lyrics and masses are lapping it up with frenzy and then w e wonder why fair and lovely and fair and handsome are the top most selling products in INDIA

P.S EVERYONE MAKES FUN OF YAMI GAUTAM FOR HER FAIR AND LOVELY AD

WHILE NO ONE MAKES FUN OF SHAHRUKH KHAN FOR HIS FAIR AND HANDSOME AD

WHY...???? 😡 anyone endorsing fairness products, singing fair and handsome and fair and lovely songs should be ridiculed...🥱

BW industry is sort of a reflection of the society we live in
And like it or not majority Asians find beauty in fairer skin tones and BW is simply commercializing what the society see as beautiful
