Suman shouldn't be able to forgive him easily as whatever he did was intentional and planned, its just that he let his anger and hatred win over love.

As a viewer I'm really confused as in what do I really want out of this track at the end!! Another big MU or settling of scores... This isn't settling of scores as this single thing can never be equalled to whatever she wronged him during their teenage years... Then they're immature but now they're mature enough

Suman will not believe Adi for sure I feel too, unless the cvs decide to add drama last minute. It doesn't go with her character growth at this point but I have a feeling that whenever this happens and Adi does 'expose' Shravan it may be Nirmala... Shravan will acquiesce due to guilt or whatever you want to call it. Which is good and bad.

Personally, I do feel like you too that it is not about settling of scores but of two people growing and rising in love. Suman's single largest folly is her inability to have foresight and analyze the impact of her actions on others no matter how unintentional... Shravan's is the same too, though his actions are motivated by anger. It is when Shravan realizes he has done what he accuses Suman of all the time that he will get over his misogyny and it is when Suman realizes that how some of her actions can impact others no matter how insignificant that she will learn to be more sensitive. These changes can make them and their relationship grow and be more stable. Otherwise they'd be fighting all their lives.

Personally I also feel the creatives should not have gone this low. But I guess in a twisted way it was important that Shravan breaks Suman's trust... Because he keeps accusing her of it. Unless he himself does it unintentionally again... He won't get over his beliefs and accept Suman in that sense. He loves her, but he is a cage of his misconceptions and insecurities and just knowing the truth will only get him to the next milestone. But knowing for sure that Suman can never intentionally hurt him, and knowing that despite his claims of love he has hurt her friendship is what will set him free in a way.

I do still wish that he had not hit this low, and this was kept vague... Like him saying something along the lines of : whatever happened between me and sumo , you should ask sumo , as she is answerable to you, not me step brother. This would have also irked Adi.

In the end I am not condoning Shravan but I hope that Suman also realizes (whether or not she forgives Shravan) that Adi thinking that she doesn't have the right to consent because she had consensual sex with someone else before is a totally messed up thought process. Even a second worker has the right to consent. Adi is wrong, period. As is Shravan. Not for instigating Adi but for failing his friendship, her trust and getting so overcome by hurt that he didn't realize what he was implying about Sumo.

@blue: I agree. I love how you linked Sumo's words at the cafe with Shravan-Adi incident. It's so true. ShraMan may fight and hurt each other, but they have no malice against each other. That's the most important thing. Shravan never intended to harm Suman in any way, but will regret his words and Sumo will forgive him without too much fuss, I am certain.

Thanks!!! :) What is interesting is 1. How will Suman find out. 2. What will her reaction be. 3. What will Shravan be exactly guilty for.

From all spoilers we are up for shadi so may be this is the way they were gearing up for hate marriage, whichI was hoping would not happen. Compromise marriage would have been better than hate marriage, but well... :)

Lets see...

One thing I can certainly say is that Shravan is not going to share his iniquity with anyone...Shame loves secrecy and hates having words wrapped around it..It can't survive being shared..This shame-guilt is meant to eat him up inside - shattering his soul and like I said before it will bring a change in his personal perception (as shame is an emotion of self-assessment)

Shame is in fact the first human attribute to be recorded according to Genesis, Chapter 3 - The covering of the nakedness (though it has been unambiguously mentioned in chapter 1 as well). The acquisition of the shame was the first consequence of consciousness, of the speciating moment...

You nailed it girl. Awesome views. The thing is Aditya was even ready to blurt it out then and there, and in his mind, he was punishing (twisted I know) Suman for lying to him. He was more upset that she had done it before and was acting coy, and he kept saying why she was pretending to be a sati savitri... I dont think Suman will believe him, but Nirmala will? Shravan himself will acquiesce, and the worst is Suman (who is as such blessed with complete lack of any skill forcorrelating facts) might wonder what made Aditya say what he did. In the end, no one (not even Suman) should correlate Shravan and Adi's acts - but Suman can very well question shravan , how is he any better than Adi - because both of them did hurt her (albeit differently in the end).

Shravan failing Suman as a friend was important as he has been on such a pedestal. He thinks he has always rescued and helped her, which he always has, so its almost easy for him to assume he used her. This is technically the first time he has failed her - third of his outbursts, but this was where it had nothing to do with Sumo , and his own deliberation. It will definitely be Shravan's light , and guide him to see Sumo if not all women differently than he does.

So, I will wait for your post, because I love reading your thoughts. :) Thanks for the encouragement. Its special since it comes from a great writer :)😳

I have to re-watch that scene too. I felt that he did feel some guilt, some pain at her current plight. Like he didn't deserve her thanks. That maybe he had somehow contributed to this as well!

At first I thought so too, but then I realized that when Nirmala was questioning Adi, he almost wanted to say "But Shravan"... and he looks at Shravan... At that time also, Shravan has no guilt , just anger and disgust for Adi - so up until then atleast it hasn't hit him that Adi did this instigated by what he said last night. When Adi was seemingly saying things like, come on you have done this before, stop acting coy etc., no one else was in the room, and Shravan and the rest just saw the visual of Adi forcing himself on Suman and Suman in tears. In his mind, (or in anyone's as such) , he has not yet correlated the two incidents. So it is because of this that I changed my opinion when I watched the second time. He just couldn't bear to see his sumo in this much hurt.

When somehow Adi's thoughts and correlation come out, (either by Adi saying this out loud, Nirmala or some other way), Sumo may not believe him... and trust Shravan and that is when his guilt will take over. But I may be wrong in reading his expression. He just was like, in my opinion, "Stop it, this is the least I can do, cause goddammit I love you!"

What got me was the pure expression of shock and horror on Shravan's face and total disbelief when he entered Suman's room and saw Aditya pinning her to the bed! Namik totally nailed that expression. I was awed by his performance throughout that episode and also Niki's. Especially that last scene.

Yes, he was great yesterday. That shock when he enters the room, and then when she hugs him... to that guilt, and the last dialog, Take care... uff... I am falling in love with him...

Yes Namik has come a long way from his 4-6week stint as Ehesaan in QH4's horror! He is truly amazing and was totally being wasted there. Then the guy who replaced him Rohan Gandotra was also too good for that role. I am happy I was spared the scene when Ehesaan got cained by Khan Begum being a scene I have to remember Namik in! The only one I remember best is his intro scene. Hot suana, shirtless in white towel, steam everywhere, and out comes Namik! It was a good intro! 😉 But downhill from that point! 😆 Not his fault, the writing, direction and even the character was not up to mark! But he did what he could with it and so did the guy who replaced him! (My thoughts as I saw him for the first time? Naya Bali Ka Bakra to display as their newest object). I kid you not that show objectified males!

Gosh don't remind me of him in QH. I am glad I was spared the scene were Ehsan was cained and caged by Begum sahiba lol just like you... because it would have been a pain to watch that. I wonder what the writers there were thinking, and I wonder why I watched that entire show... :)

But even then his voice modulation (that concern in his voice when his lady love is in trouble) was superb!

He is a great find, and he will rise the popularity charts soon!

Keep posting. I am a fan of your views since good ol QH days!

What do you think of the new spoilers re: marriage?

SO happy Namik signed EDKV!
