AFter Nanu will ask them if they love each other, he will ask Nanu that he wants to talk to Sumo alone ...

He is already feeling guilty...

So he will confess in front of Sumo what he did... and because of it all this happened...

He may also confess why he did it and how much he loves her and wanted to marry her...

How he waited in the coffee shop to tell her how much he loved her...

He will ask for forgiveness and say he knows he won't get it. Even if she forgives him he won't be able to forgive himself...

I think Suman will choose love... she will be angry with Shravan but she will forgive him...and confess her love for him...
