Seeing todays's precap and tweets from FC and Namik, its clear that kal kuch dhamakedaar hone wala hai. So adi babu will again ask Shravan about his and Sumo's relationship and Shravan will reply that their relationship is that of a husband-wife[not sure why he would say that] which for obvious reasons will enrage Aditya and make him really insecure. Iss wajah se hi Aditya ke andar ka jaanvar jaag uth tha hai i guess and he'll force himself on Sumo.
Nikita also mentioned in an IV that Shravan ne bhi kuch aisa kiya hai jiski wajah se ab woh guilty feel kar raha hai. My prediction is that in the maara-peeti Aditya will reveal Shravan's truth.
