I think this Mahesh Bhatt show is loosely based on his directorial debut movie Zakhm ( 1999 ). Basic plot premise is about illegitimate child in both the movie and the tv show. In Movie, Male Lead's mom doesn't accept Female Lead and her sons coz she is of a different caste ie she is a Muslim and not suitable for her Hindu family.

This is indeed a very beautiful promo with melodious lullaby and grand picture of Viraf in background.

My mom and sis don't like Barkha Bisht with him saying she looks older than him. 😛 😛

But I am waiting eagerly for the show.
