However much I love this serial, it is hard not to be a bit disappointed with yesterday's episode. The only redeeming factor, if we can call it that, is Aditya reiterating not once, but two times that he is the PM. (Really??!!)
I just hope he backs up his claim with some kick-ass decisions and manipulation now. He already took one timely decision to abort the missile, in a timely manner...so there is hope.
What's wrong withe the people on this show. Each time some hugs and kisses each other, there is a video.. I mean, seriously. First, there was a video of Jai and Maya kissing each other, which conveniently reaches his son. We still don't know the story behind that one. Then, Prithvi very clearly tells the guy that his GF is coming to meet him and no one should know about it. And, the precap shows there is actually a video of the two which eventually reaches Naina. I mean, seriously, CVs? Isn't this plot twist getting to be a tad bit repetitive?
Veer and Kiran's moment of enlightenment about their father is delayed by a couple of hours, maybe, thanks to madam's desire to change. And, veer agrees to drive over to her place, even after Siddarth called up and told him to reach ATU ASAP. So much for giving and taking orders. Precap gives no indication about them, so not sure if they reach ATU in the 9:00 to 10:00 PM time-frame, which will be aired today.
Shivani and Siddharth track is honestly getting on my nerves now. I agree both are brilliant actors and they are rocking their scenes. But their constant bickering is too much to take. I will appreciate them more if they can put aside their personal baggage and behave professionally for the sake of the country's security. Grow up, guys!!!
Next up on the disappointment list is the behavior of the Kamat guy who is heading the team following Jai. Guys on the ground are supposed to be using their good sense and taking timely decision. But, here he is shown as a joker who is ready to attack based on the order of a boss who is in a far away location. (It is a critical situation, and even here they have to show Siddharth saying attack, and Shivani saying no.. GOD!!! CVs, please, lets get rid of these two and get Gyan and Vedanth to run the show at ATU).
That was for the disappointing story from yesterday's episode.
I hope we get a better deal today. I am hopeful..with Aditya's and Mani Shende's meeting, Prithvi and his GFs meeting, Devyani's blood test results (The amount of footage they gave to her blood sample is more than what they gave her with her dean...they show the injection, blood being extracted, and then being marked - gives an idea that maybe there is something wrong with her blood. She had interacted with the patient who died of the deadly virus, afterall 😊 😊)
That said, it will be great if we can have Vedanth or Gyan tell Shivani and Sid to just shut up and get on with the work!!! The way they have been sharing eye contact each time these two bicker, gives me hope 😊 😊
I am extremely sorry if it hurts the fans, but I am just waiting for the CVs to just cut the Shivani-Siddharth crap!!
(Please understand I like their acting, too. But, what I don't like is their constant fighting over the shit from their past -- whatever it is. I am past caring, now)
