Hello forum friends.😊 I am making a post for the first time on this forum.

That Eshwari's reactions are not normal, is obvious to all. Is it okay for her to emotionally manipulate her son? Shouldn't a grown up man have an individualistic mind set and not dump his partner after professing undying love to her ? Please share your views. Different opinions will be interesting to read.

The past few days of viewership has left many of us irritated and sad with Dev and Sona calling it quits, thanks to Dev's feeling of guilt for falling in love, courtesy, mommy Eshwari's drama, of gulping excessive pills, in a dazed state, due to feelings of insecurity and rejection by Dev, with Sona's arrival in his life.

Mother Eshwari needs help, and I hope the makers bring some positive changes in her character, with the entry of the eligible bachelor Dr Rithik. ( Pardon me if the spelling is incorrect.) She needs to realize that her binding love for him, is causing Dev, emotional agony.

Her sufferings and struggle to raise three kids as a single parent, has made this otherwise sensible and loving mother extremely insecure. It is her son, who even as a child has shown immense maturity in sensing his mothers difficulties in life, while his sisters were much younger than him and were unable to comprehend their mother's miseries, while raising them. Its is her son Dev, who is the apple of her eye, we seldom see her showering similar love on her daughters. The mother and son share this incredible bond, ( I wish a fragment of this bond was shared with the daughters too 😔 ). The insecurity of losing his attention, is making her behave irrationally and to a certain extent selfishly, by ruining Dev's love life.

Her eldest daughter was bang on, in asking her mother, if it was just Sonakshi in her opinion, who was an unsuitable partner for her son, or if she would disapprove of any other girl in Dev's life too. There in lies the crux of the story.

I wish the character of mamaji is also developed in such a way that he makes his sister see sense. Mamiji needs to go on a vacation, but the Creatives will latch on to her character to irritate the viewers.😒 and increase the dramatic quotient. Gladly, their annoying son is not to be seen, I wish this irritating lady with the disgusting 'gareeb ki beti' dialogue is also given less screen space.

Today's episode introduced Rithik as a doctor. I wish, he is a psychiatrist who will not only help reunite Sona and Dev, but will also help Dev's mother, with some much needed counseling. If the viewers are lucky, we may get to see him help Dev figure out the definition of love, to clearly differentiate between the love for his mother versus love for his girl friend, and not be weighed down by any kind of guilt. Hopefully, the makers focus on the parting words from Sona to Dev "Kya aapne apne maa se pooch kar mujhse pyaar kiya tha".

There are several mothers like Eshwari and sons like Dev, who exist in today's world. I hope Dr Rithik is the savior for not only Dev and Sona but for Eshwari and her family too.

Please share your thoughts.
